Shipping is included on orders over $110!*
Ground Shipping is INCLUDED on orders totaling $110 or more. Free shipping is only offered to customers in the 48 contiguous United States. We encourage our customers to order more product, less frequently, to reduce the amount of shipping required. We have some customers that often combine orders with friends and/or family to reach the minimum order threshold. Just a small part in reducing the carbon footprint.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm EST Monday through Friday will ship the SAME business day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday. This excludes major holidays observed by UPS .

In the unfortunate event of a delayed package, damaged product, or fulfillment error, please call 603-934-9004 or email us info@bigcatcoffees.com immediately and we will be happy to help you! Please keep all original packaging and the packing slip handy to help us solve the problem.

This shipment confirmation email will contain your tracking number. Simply click on the tracking number link within the email message to view your order status.
Post Office Boxes
We are now able to ship to P.O. boxes through the United States Postal Service. For rates please contact us .
